Hi,
I signed up to Now Broadband through Sky and when using the address finder it correctly pulled through my address. However on the confirmation and subsequent documents it shows it is now using the wrong address. I live in a retirement park where the postcode is shared with another street. The address has used that street which is incorrect and I can't find where to change it to make sure the router and engineer are attending the correct address. Please can you help or advise where I can go for help?

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk
If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number
