Worried

Desperate to return items , sent email to sky , which they received,  how long do I have to wait to get a reply to my questions

Sky don't normally use email as a means of communication, unless they've given you an email address for a specific purpose. I'd suggest calling or contacting them via,their social media: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Want-to-private-message-Sky/ba-p/4895295
