I'd like to withdraw my credit

What is this credit from, is it there because you have overpaid a bill, compensation credit or because you have left Sky ?

@Jamieaddy you will need to call Sky to see if that is possible. Normally credits for compensation can only be used against future bills but if you have left Sky then they can be paid to your bank.
