Will sky ever fix the bug that won't allow me to access mom account online or on my sky box?
Since returning back to sky a few years ago i havent been able to access my account online, :I cannot see my products, I cannot add extra items, I cant even view my bill.
I got told a long while ago that if i changed to sky stream that might fix this as it will be a completely new account. and yet nearly 2 years on and still no access. apperently its a know issue.
Honestly sort it out sky or as soon a virgin media is in my area ill be leaving and this time for good.

When you returned to Sky did you return as a new customer or as a returning one and what is happening when you try to access your account.

They might be right about the new account but suggesting you upgrade to Sky Stream due to this issue is complete nonsense.
