Returns confusion

I have recently switched from SKY and have been asked to return the WiFi hub.

The Q box and mini box were not requested and packaging was only sent for the hub return.

I have confirmation this has been done via postal receipt and SKY email.

However shortly after I received notification that SKY were still waiting for returns.

I do not know if that means the other, previously unrequested items or not.

If so, how do I request postage/packaging for them?

@Chris377

You have two separate issues. Regarding the item you returned…

It’s Unipart that deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. As you have proof of posting we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.

If you have the proof it should be a fairly straightforward process so let us know on this thread if you want to be contacted.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

Secondly how did you cancel the TV subscription? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation? Any packaging for the Sky Q boxes should arrive later as the notice period is longer (31 days).
