Why my bill not £28 pound like they said it would be

My bill is higher then it supposed to be and I swapped to the new tariff and my bill £30.49 when it supposed to be £28 and I don't even  use the house phone so why do I need it

Hi @Titchyhayz   Just checking that you know that this is not Sky customer services. However, have you checked the full breakdown of the bill. If you have made any changes recently then the bill could cover more than one month. Please see Welcome below for information about this community forum.
