My service is restricted

I can't pay my bills to next week but they stopped my connection and I need WiFi for kids school work and my job etc what can I do in this situation

If Sky can not take the payment from you then your services will be restricted until it has been paid, if it is usually taken by a direct debit then the restriction would only happen after they attempted to take the payment for a second time which is 10 days after the first attempt. To get your services restored the bill needs to be paid in full and you also need to setup your payment method again.

Hi @PurpleTacos   There is nothing you can do apart from pay the bill and set up a new continuous payment method. Depending on the number of days in debt, you may have to pay the next bill as well before your services are restored.
