Why isn’t my Mobile Bill being taken

My phone bill was supposed to come out today, but hasn't. Sky has messaged me to say that the latest bill will be taken on the 28th but on the sky mobile app it says that the late payment will be added to my next payment in April. I'm confused if they're going to take the payment for this month on the 28th or if they are going to add it to my April, I would much prefer the first option

If wouldn't come out today anyway as Sky don't take payments on weekends or bank holidays.

@Hrvy  banks don't process payments over weekends or bank holidays , it'll likely be taken Monday with billing hopefully correcting itself
