Why am i being charged for paper invoices

My account is set to paperless billing but im still receiving paper invoices and the 50p charges  could anyone tell me why

Was it addressed to you by name? Are you sure it was from Sky? As already stated paper bills have been £1.75 each for a while now.

 

(if you post an image ensure you block out all person details such as your name, address, account number etc).

How long ago did you change that setting as it doesn't kick in straight away apparently so this might be your last paper bill if you changed it recently.

It your billing method is definitely set to electronic and not paper you may need to call Sky to clarify the reason it's been sent and the charge imposed.

It's been set up since the beginning of my account but it's the second one I have received had my account nearly a year

You need to contact Sky then. That letter image has been rejected due to personal information on there.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Am the same been set Paperless Billing but being charged 50p for a proper invoice I don't receive anything to get more money out of us
