Refund

I'm over 400 in credit due to compensation in broadband account. I'd like this to be paid in to my bank. Not as credit as I only pay 20 per month how do I g abut this?

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.

Hi there! Thank you for escalating it. However, if this is regarding automatic compensation, it is not refundable, and as such, it shall remain as credit on the account. Thank you.

It should be refundable as it's compensation, this is information supplied by ofcom, all compensation can be refunded to you because its compensation.

Not quite true. It has to be agreed with your provider that they are willing to do a refund for the automatic compensation which they don't have to do. The minimum they need to do is to offer it as an account credit.
