I get charged for my Internet and my stream but the package I got included all of it ( combined) so why am i being billed like its a separate thing when it should be included in the original package price as I'd never have got the Internet in the firstbllace and it wasn't an additional order I added.
It's pretty sneaky you do this

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Shell16 Sky Stream & Broadband are billed seperately, if you look at your bills you should see 1 charge for stream & 1 for Broadband.

Sly do bundle offers for Tv and broadband together but didn't mean they won't be billed separately. The activation and start date will be different for a start

I'm the same I thought my broadband was everything included , bit sneaky by sky , I only went wi sky because I don't have virgin in my street but won't be wi sky long
