Why am I still being charged if I cancelled my broadband?

61£ everymonth when I have cancelled my subscribtion. I am v angry to see this on my billing statments. Please do the needful to rectify this problem with some urgency if you will .

How did you cancel? 
When did you cancel? 
Did you get an email from Sky confirming cancellation?

@AnanyaK  How did you cancel?  Did you give 14 days notice?  Did you move to a different provider?  If so who?

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have not moved to a different broadband, just cancelled it
