My account has different names?

I don't kno if this makes a difference but it does to me....

My account has 2 different names, I only want one.

 

I took over my partners account but it still refers to his name.

You can't 'take over' an account. Yes you can change to make the payments from yourself but Sky don't allow account changes like you suggest.

The only way you can take ownership of an existing account is when the former zccountholder passes away.

@carlleach1966  Sky don't allow physical account ownership changes so the name can't be changed even though you may be paying the bills

So I think you're referring to your Sky Community account name not your Sky subscription account name. You can't take over this either. You appear to have logged in as carlleach1966 and not whatever your own Community name is. Does that fit and does that make sense?

Is sky.com accounts separate/different to these community posts?

If both Sky IDs have the same email address in their accounts then this might  explain why this has happened so if this is the case change one of them to a different email.

Excellent reply , big Thank you as been told different things by Sky who are all about making money no matter what . I'm leaving them

there to expensive for what they supply .
