Where do I even start?
firstly you like to randomly add an extra £100 onto any bill and then keep quiet about it, no responses or resolutions.
every single one of your services never work unless you bring it up with them.
booked to have my broadband installed back in August, they never turned up on the day. They contacted me 2 days later to reschedule, guess what. They never turned up again, contacted them, woman on the phone said, and I quote "you're just going to have to wait aren't you".
never responded to my complaint, never responded to my compensation complaint either. I'm self employed and because of sky I've lost thousands of pounds worth of work. Used to be with zzoomm in Hereford, booked it and installed it all within 24 hours, no excuse at all really. Oh and to top it off, they took the down payment for the broadband [removed]

Firstly this is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.
What does your bill say the extra £100 is for?
I'm self employed and because of sky I've lost thousands of pounds worth of work.
Sky aren't responsible for you losing income. Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service. Perhaps you need to consider a business subscription which will cost significantly more each month.

Re: Where’s my compensation money?
Thank you, don't worry I'm aware of that. Been back and forth with sky so much, just constantly getting ignored. Was hoping by posting it on here were other customers can see I'll finally get through to someone helpful. Maybe? Who knows
