When will the credit be refunded

I called on Saturday as I paid twice so wanted a refund of my credit. It's now Friday and it's not arrived. I can't afford to call as I'm on data only so how do I find out what's going on?

If you dial 150 from a sky land line or mobile it is free to call

I'm not on sky unfortunately. Just pay as you go but I cant afford to add calls to my plan.
