My Sky contract ends on the 10th July but I have already paid my last payment. My account is in credit, how do I get this refunded please?

Billing continues up to you leave so this can not be refunded to you just yet.

What is your billling date each month as billing contiues right up to your leaving date.

My bill date is the 26th and my contract end date is the 10th July.

It is worth waiting until after you have left as you will be due a refund for the period from 11th July onwards.
