I left Sky at the end of May and have returned all the equipment. My bill says I am owed some money back but I have still not received it. Any ideas on when I can expect the money back please?

@GD1 thanks for replying. I'll leave it for a few more weeks then and see if they refund me. It's just been showing as a credit on the last couple of bills so I assumed it would be paid back fairly quickly

Sadly that doesn't happen but they will refund it in the end so are you sure you don't want this process speeded us by us contacting Sky's Messaging team who can issue the refund for you ?

@caesarome it wouldn't hurt to have it escalated if that's ok and means I get my credit refunded quicker. Thanks

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.
Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
