I spoke to an advisor 4 days ago and was told money will be back into account in 3 days, any idea how long this takes

Its 3-5 working days so may be early next week.

You'll normally get a text or email confirming the refund has been processed, its' usually 3 working days from the date of the email/text. Remember weekends obviously don't get classed as working days.
