I've been overcharged 13 pounds but I couldn't find anyone to ask and I've asked online, not helpful.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhy do you say you have been overcharged, have you made a manual payment and then Sky took the amount via a payment method on your account ?
Or could it be that a discount you had on your account has now ended hence the price increase ?

I've joined a plan which 26 pounds per month last month for 18 months (boardband only) and I hadn't changed the plan and I hadn't join somethings new. So I don't understand why they charged me 13 pounds more. 🥲🥲

Your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (over the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links
