How to delete my old SKY account

Can someone help me please? How to delete inactive Sky account? (no subcription since 2016).

I have another account that I use so this one I would like to delete.

My other, active account has a different email address. It is hard to believe that deleting inactive account can be so difficult. It has no subcription for the last 7 years.

I have responded in my previous message that those accounts have different addresses.

Basically I have 2 separate accounts, on 2 different emails. One is active, the other one is inactive and I would like to delete it. Hope my message makes sense now.

@Anonymous  You can't delete it, just ignore it unless that is the account is coming up when you login to Sky.

I don't think so. So far as I know there''s no absolute right to have your data removed.
