Websit issues

So I am trying to link my ID to my qky Q account which in itself is a seperate issue.  What I want to know is anyone else stuck in a continual loop where you try and access the links customer services give you just link to trying to sell you sky glass or mobile.  I dont know who built their website but they need sacking as the whole thing is terrible.

No i am trying to link my sky q service to my sky ID as when I changed from sky stream to Q it didn't link to my account.  Every link they send me just goes to a sales page

And does the link i posted above work, if not then call Sky and ask to speak to their ID team for help with this.
