Note switch credit is limited to £100 per service (service = tv or broadband)

the documents that need to be sent in pdf are a copy of your final bill clearly and separately identifying the termination charges and a copy of the statement showing it's been paid

It is a £100 credit and you only receive this when you provide Sky with proof that you have been charged an early termination fee and a statement showing that you have paid it so have you done this ?
