Termination confirmation

I have switched providers & require to send them the final ETC fee.  On my bill sky have worded it as "1 Debit adjustment" and not a termination fee.? Now the final talk & broadband payment has been paid will I receive confirmation of the termination fee paid.

Sky won't send you anything beyond what is shown in your bill, I'm afraid.

Have you provided your new supplier a copy of that bill as that is as good as you will get via your Sky account.
