Was offered a fresh start offer but can’t apply it

Was offered a fresh start offer via email but can't apply it. I've tried the online ai chat and automated phone line. Neither of these are helpful. How do I talk to somebody ne to discuss this?

@laura560  I'm not aware of any such fresh start offers 

 

you would need to speak to sky directly via phone 


Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number
