Waiting for my refund

Hello, 

 

I cancelled my sky subscriptions and they ended on the 4th of December. I was told that I would have a refund on the 4th of January but I haven't had it and nor have I heard anything from Sky. 

Is there a way to speak to anyone without calling? There used to be a live chat option but now that's gone. 

couos anyone help me please?

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection however if your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so it’ll take longer.

If the payment method is still active we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish.

If the payment method has been cancelled you have two options…
1) you can call Sky to get a cheque raised or
2) we can escalate to the Messaging Team who can re-set your payment method.

Let us know on this thread what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account and whether the payment method is still active.

Post back on this thread when it shows as a credit and we can escalate it to Sky.

Yes it would have been the January bill but my

And nothing appears on what will have been your February bill ?

 

What was your billing date each month ?

No I've had no bills since the 2nd of December and that one was until the 1st of January. 

I had new bills on the 2nd of every month.

I know you left in December but usually a bill would appear if the credit is on it, so if you don't see a January bill here then you will need to call them again if you believe you are owed an amount after leaving:
