WRONGFULLY TAKING MONEY

so I have been with sky for 6 years.. in my first property (which I moved in 28th March 2017) I only had the wifi deal. I have had no debts, no issues whatsoever. Untill I moved to my secound address (I pay my bills manually which sky know and have on their records) so I apply for Sky Glass and accept for them to take £15 out of my account for the deposit. Time goes by.. I'm still paying manually.. nothing has been taken out of my account.. as of untill I wake up one morning last week to see Sky taking £147 out of my account. They told me £115 was from a SKY Q box I had on the 7th of March 2017. Which is false, I was living with parents then who had talk talk I did not live in a property. The £33 was my wifi? Again I already had paid it manually on the bill due date. I haven't received any refund for either payment I am a loyal VIP customer.  My bank have stated if Sky do not refund my money then the bank will and sky will owe them. If anyone is having this issue and they will not refund your money after wrongfully taking it, please speak to your bank. I will be termating my contract too.

Re: WRONGFULLY TAKING MONEY

Also may I add I have the evidence that claims what they are telling me is false. My tenancy agreement shows when I first had my property and I have my very first email from ever joining sky stating it was WIFI and telephone ONLY and how much I was paying with it date stamped.

What was Sky's response when you made them aware of this?

Just to add: if Sky don't agree with your bank that the payment was a  mistake they won't reimburse them.
