My name is sarah roome, im trying to see if i can get information about an account that ended of 2 years ago, i have a family member testifying agaist me cause i had no end of policy letter, sent to me whem my father past way is this something you can find or put me in the right direction to find this please. You're not talking to Sky CS here - just other customers.

One option, if it was your account, is to submit a subject access request for the information,
