Vue Tickets with Sky Cinema, where have they gone?

I have sky cinema, free vue tickets have disappeared this month.  I have reloaded mysky to no effect.

Next suggestion.please?

@Thelions They are there, just well hidden now! Try this:

1. Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab. The star will turn to solid blue.

2. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

3. Put your finger on the first tile and scroll to the left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile as you scroll.

1. Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab in the bottom right. The icon will turn to a solid blue star.

2. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

3. On the first tile, press and hold with a finger and scroll left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along:

No sign of my Sky Cinema free seats codes in the Sky app VIP section and no sign of the usual email reminding me to collect them from the app and it's now the 4th at 18:00.

Never previously failed to arrive. Any idea why ?

1. Make sure the My Sky app is up-to-date.

2. Open the My Sky app, click on the VIP tab - the star icon will turn solid blue.

3. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

4. On the first tile, press with your finger and scroll left. The tickets are the fourth or fifth tile along.
