Vue cinema codes still not working

I've seen a few posts ref this and replies saying it's been fixed but clearly not

The image was rejected as it included your unique voucher code. Feel free to resubmit it with that blocked out.

What day are you selecting as you can not use the codes for tickets on a Friday or Saturday.

Have you tried contacting Vue about this to see what they say, if you get nowhere with them you could try emailing Sky ticketing team on this address - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

And also excluded are:

Might be that, trying to book for Kill Bill so might be classed as 2 events
