@Zfrog11 Look at the terms and conditions of the offer. These kind of things usually say to allow up to 60-90 days, to prevent people from getting the reward and then cancelling in the cooling off period. 

Any emails you received should tell you how and where to claim them.

Then you would need to contact that company if you have gone past the time limit for them to be sent as they would be the ones sending you the vouchers.
