It takes 45 to 120 days according to the Sky website.

If it has been longer than the above timescale then you would need to contact Gift Cloud as they are responsible for sending these out,

Me too £100 voucher apparently sent 29th December my friend who referred me got his. I email sky and get 2 different responses. 1. There is a backlog and voucher will be issued in due course or 2. We cannot find a referral in your name . I email daily and getting fed up to be honest
