Virgin bill

I have my virgin final bill where do I send it and how long does it take to sort please...

Also I have an outstanding 15 pound I didn't realise I had to pay that as they said my bill one was on 5th n then week off I get paid tue so I'll be paying then if ok.

Has the refer a friend gone threw too

@Jade3232 Once you have settled the bill with your previous provider first, This link explains how to apply for switch credit

Note switch credit is limited to a maximum of £300 (service = tv £100 and/or broadband £200)

the documents that need to be sent in pdf are a copy of your final bill clearly and separately identifying the termination charges and a copy of the statement showing it's been paid

Note you must apply within 90 days of your sky service activation date

As customers here we can not answer that so if you have placed your order for Sky via your friends referral link only then it should have done.
