Vacation Hold Service?

Does Sky offer a feature where you can put your broadband service on hold while you are away for a few months? I worked with a broadband provider in the US, and they offered a "Vacation Hold" service where they would cut off service to your home for the months you are away, but not cancel your service. While you away, they reduced the charge to a minimal fee which just kept your account active. At the end of the vacation hold period they would turn your service back on and resume normal billing. Anybody figure out if Sky offers this?

@James622 Sky don't offer anything like that, and I'm pretty certain no ISP in the UK does.

@James622  There is no such service with sky, your only option would be to cancel provided you aren't in contract

UK ISPs don't do so because the wholesale network providing them with transit will charge them each month for the circuit whether or not data is being consumed within the subscription address.

Arrangements in the US may be different.
