VIP not on PUK

My VIP I'm Platinum, is not showing in May PUK any idea why

@AL23456  Your post is not easy to follow  A PUK is a Mobile phone unlock code so not sure what that has to do with your Sky VIP status.

With sky glass you can also have PUKs for other rooms, small box also known now as Sky stream, like a fire stick but it's a small box

Sorry yeah that's the one, puck!  We have 2, both seem to be synchronised with the sky glass, continue programs, favourites etc however not in the case of VIP apparently

What do you mean by this as everybody have VIP status on their accounts, even customers who had their services activated today will have VIP on their account so what is the issue, are you saying you can't order a Puck ?

VIP gift, not available on pucks only in sky glass

@AL23456  If you're referring to a free movie has a gift it's only available on the primary device afaik which is the tv
