VIP level downgraded

I have been a Platinum level VIP for years, but just noticed today that I've been downgraded to Diamond. I've not made any changes at all to my account, so anyone know why I've been downgraded and the best way to resolve this with Sky? Many thanks.

You haven't been downgraded. Diamond is the next level up! 

Which tier am I in?

Your Sky VIP tier is based on how long you’ve continuously had either Sky TV, Sky Mobile, Sky Talk and/or Sky Broadband:

  • Silver: 0 – 3 years
  • Gold: 3 – 8 years
  • Platinum: 8 – 15 years
  • Diamond: 15+ years
