Good evening, I have noticed that sky signature has been added to my sky account for some reason and my bill is significantly higher and I am unsure why? As I haven't asked for that package?

If you are a Sky TV customer then Sky Signature is the basic package so you have to take this before any other TV package you might have. Regarding the higjer price you are paying, that might be because of the 1st April price rise of which you should receive a letter or email about it over the next few weeks.
