Im being charged €199 per month!  Before i cancel all I want this explained

As customers like you we can't see your bills. Have you compared the latest with last months and clicked on the blue arrow next to any unexpected amount.

 

Its usually because of the annual price increase or a discount coming to an end.

@Aislingh you can post an image,of your bill, if you wish, but make sure that any personally identifiable details, such as your Sky account number aren't included.
