Bill paid twice

Hi can someone help please, I've paid my bill twice as said it was overdue and to make a payment using debit card which I did for it only to come out of the bank again few days later. I've tried ringing Sky 3 times this morning and they were to ring me back as having technical difficulties but still nothing.

 

Can someone help please, thank you.

Do you now see a credit on your account for the payment you made ?

Yes it's as credit but need it refunded as its left me short on other bills 🫣 just annoying that I can't speak to anyone in sky and have it refunded so not sure what to do, thank you for replying.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
