Upgrade

I am on a rolling contract. I would like to upgrade the contract but when I go to pay it shows me that it adds £10 for installation to the first bill why? That I am not a new customer

Sounds like that is the standard £10 activation fee that typically gets applied when you lock in a new minimum term contract.

 

Sometimes if you negotiate a minimum term over the phone you can get them to waive the fee.

What service are you upgrading and what are you trying to change to ?

Broadband, the contract is over. and now I pay £46 for 150 mb and if I upgrade to 500 mb I pay £43 for 2 years.

As advised above it might be worth calling Sky to see if they will wave this fee.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
