Why do I get emails or letters saying that I can keep the free Ultimate package for £3 a month but every time I try and do this through the qr code or link it suddenly jumps to £7? False marketing?
Have you tried calling to see if an agent can apply it for you ?

Good morning, I have not. Only as being pedantic about it. Two different communication styles, both saying £3 with specific links. I would expect them to direct me to the right place to get the offer.
