Upgrade to sky sports with 24 month contract

Hi all,

First post be kind. 

I'm thinking of adding sky sports to my account and when I do it online it says it will recontract for 24 months. Is that my whole TV package? If the wife decides she's not happy with me watching too much football does that mean I can cancel the  whole thing? Is there a cooling off period?

Hi @Bigfootty   You will be stuck with Sky for 24 months, other subscriptions may be cancelled on their offer end date, but not the base subscription (Signature?) which must continue while Sky Sports has been added to it. Normally there is no cooling off period with Sports to discourage people subscribing to watch one match then cancel.

It says "By adding Sky Cinema or Sky Sports you will re-contract Sky TV" which implies a new contract is being started. (Sky signature)
