So... I just want to check that I'm not missing an option on the app and will just have to call and talk to a person.
I have everything (tv, internet and phone) with sky. A couple of my contract options have come to an end and on MySky I have options to upgrade the internet but not to fibre, which would be my preferred option.
My options also don't seem to include sky cinema which is what I currently have but I only seem to get an option to accept. Do I just have to ring someone? And if yes, what number?

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

If there isn't Openreach or CityFibre optical infrastructure in your area then Sky cannot supply FTTP at the address.

Hi. Thanks for this. Fibre is given as an option when I look at internet options but not for the whole package so it's a little puzzling.
I think I will have to ring them as was suggested.
