bill and accounts

I am having trouble paying my bill at the moment and want to pay money off it tomorrow morning and my service is restricted at the moment and just want to know if i pay money off it tomorrow morning and more off it tuesday morning can i get my service back on tomorrow and wil try pay the balance off the following week

The restrictions  will come off once  the money has cleared  your  bank account  and  gone into  your  sky account this normally  takes  a couple of days  to  do so the restrictions  will probably  not come off until  Wednesday  of this week  at the  earliest

@Sharon106 it's an automated process, I'm afraid. Once your services have been restricted, they'll only be reinstated when you pay the outstanding amount and re-setup your direct debit.

It is unlikely the restrictions will be removed until the bill has been paid off in full and that you have also setup your monthly payment method. After the payments have been made it is up to the banks to clear the payment so the earlier you can do this on Tuesday the better the chances are that your services will be restored sooner rather than later.

Bill

Hi name is Sharon Carr and I made a payment of 190.00 into my account off my sky bill and know there is a balance of 28 euro and can pay that on Friday and all I want is my sky service back on today and promise will make the payment of 28 on Friday to clear it so can u try help me

@Sharon106  You're not contacting Sky Customer services by posting here, your services won't be reinsted until you pay in full what you owe and setup a new direct debit

 

This was exolained to you last week as per the posts above.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No need for a new thread. I've moved it into your original one where the correct advice was provided.


Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

These restrictions are automatic and we've been told agents cannot override this process even if you’re told otherwise. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
