Unpaid bill

I have received a text message to say that I haven't paid my streaming bill. I do not have TV or streaming services on this account just my mobile. The message is all sore in my messages on my accoun. Why am I getting this text? Who can I speak to?

Sky would probably be best?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
