Hiya I got a sky tv and broadband package, I was misinformed that this deal came with a tv. Getting my package it was a tv box and a broadband band. The tv box has been in my house and it's not been activated because we don't have a tv to watch it. Please I would like to cancel the he tv box subscription and also raise a complaint because the information I was provided from the person who helped with was different from what I actually got.
