Unpaid bill

I left Sky 31/7/24 to join Virgin Media yet on the 1/8/24 you took £50.50 out my account. Now you sent a letter saying that I owe you £60.50 and you will send debt collectors out or take legal action would just like to talk to someone

How did you cancel your Sky contract? Did you receive an email confirmation from Sky about the cancellation?

You will need to phone Sky in that case.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

If there's an outstanding bill then it's difficult to do so.

As above, did you actually cancel?
