Re: Unordered delivery
You need to call Sky asap and report this. Scammers have managed to acquire sufficient details from you (usually during a call or email) to order expensive devices.
The scammers will likely recontact you (again claiming to be Sky) saying they've made a mistake and to send it to a (non Sky) address. They then have the device and you have the bill.
With any unexpected calls from 'Sky' if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which a genuine Sky agent should in my opinion) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam call.

Re: Unordered delivery
You might also get someone turn up to your door like a courier who have been tasked by whoever worked it to collect the device so do not hand it over to them as it is your responsibility to return it directly to Sky.
