Sky have messaged me to say they owe me money and want to repay it.

Sky have messaged me to say they owe me money and want to repay it. I phoned the number given which asked me to input my account number and they will send me a cheque. When I input my account number the voice just says because I've not given the number they can't help and then rings off. How am I suposed to get round that?

Try a different phone?  Perhaps your DTMF isn't quite right.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Are you able to use the number shown here under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page if it is available should be the number to call Sky, you will have to battle with a bot I'm afraid:
