Overcharged
I have been over charge on my sky package that should be £126 and instead it's turned in to £178 and I have raised this twice with sky and no one is given me answer and it's been 14 days now when it goes to back office no one is helping me.
I have been sky customer for 10 years and never had this problem before

Re: Overcharged
There is usually a reason for such an increase like a discount you have had is either ending or has eneded as per this which might help to explain it:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/been-overcharged
It sounds like the minimum term on your package has come to and end so the discount you had has now finished. When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 24 months if you agree to a new contract.
If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call:
You can also contact Sky via social media:

Re: Overcharged
If you raised it as a complaint Sky have 8 weeks to resolve it. What does your online bill say the extra charge is for?
