Unlinking an account

I set up an account to use Sky Go years ago, the actual broadband/TV package is my dads name. I have since taken out a phone contract with Sky so i can see both my dad TV/Broadband package and my phone contract on my account. I have now bought a house and would like to use Sky TV & Broadband but as my dads package is linked to my account it wont allow me. I cant figure out how to unlink  my dads package from my account. Virtual assistance says to go to the 'additional users' section but I cant seem to find that anywhere?

Hi @katie274   The 'Additional Users' box will only be visible to the Main account holder, I assume your Dad.

@katie274 .

You will need to setup a new ID to use with your TV, Broadband and mobile services, if you want to use the same email address then login to your old ID and remove it from there first.
